Our training is accredited by the Safer Recruitment Consortium

Affirm and maintain a culture of vigilance with our accredited safer recruitment training which is designed for anyone involved in recruitment within a school, trust or MAT setting.

The one-day interactive training course explores the safer recruitment aspects of hiring new employees, offering best practice and helping to significantly reduce your risk of appointing unsuitable people. The training is in four sections, with a short assessment at the end of each, leading to certification. Since the training is accredited, it also supports your employees’ professional development.
