What is included in our safer recruitment audits?
Our expert consultants will visit your school or trust and undertake a full review. We will run compliance checks and assess a sample of employee files (we can check all files for an additional fee). In addition, we will review:

We will examine all relevant content on your website to determine how well it complies with safer recruitment.
Your SCR
We will review your single central record (SCR) of all the safeguarding checks carried out on staff and other individuals, to ensure checks have been carried out effectively.
Your policy
We will check the robustness of each of your school’s safeguarding/child protection and safer recruitment policy, to prevent the appointment of unsuitable people.
Your records & processes
We will review your recent recruitment records, along with the safer recruitment processes you use, to ensure you're following best practices.
