These 3 values are a daily reminder to keep doing business in the right way. We live by them: they’re a feature of our formal meetings, our weekly catch-ups, and our end-of-year reviews.
Join a great team
From day one, our senior leaders and colleagues will ensure you feel welcome and part of the team. Our open-door policy means you can always speak to our Senior Leadership Team or People Team at any time. We also have Mental Health First Aiders who are on hand whenever you feel the need.
Enjoy our social events
Getting together for an activity is a great way to get to know colleagues and strengthen teams – but it also lets us say ‘thank you’ for your contributions. So we organise events such as theatre trips, nights at the races, and the ‘EPM Fest’.
Named charities
Each year, we fundraise for a range of charities – these are often close to the hearts of our team. We’ve supported the Relay for Life for Cancer Research UK, Big Yellow Friday for the Children’s Liver Disease Foundation, the London MoonWalk to fight breast cancer, the Rainbow Trust (helping families with seriously ill children) and Magic Breakfast (giving children a better start to their school day), plus many more.
