We needed support with a sensitive investigation into the conduct of a senior leader within the School. We sought support from EPM due to the sensitivity of the issues, to depersonalise for the individuals involved and to be sure we had a thoroughly professional investigation which would withstand scrutiny under any future tribunal.

How we helped

EPM supported us by arranging and conducting interviews, advising the School’s Head and senior leaders within the Trust of the process, and compiling the investigation report. EPM conducted a professional investigation and subsequent report. They also provided senior colleagues with support at hearings and potential appeals.

The results

With the support from EPM, we are confident that the investigation was conducted properly and the report will be used as the basis for the disciplinary hearing. Without the support from EPM, the process may have created perceived internal bias issues and made disclosures more difficult. EPM has supported us very well indeed in this matter and we would recommend EPM for their no fuss, professional and reasonably priced investigation support.
