We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join the Hampton Academies Trust HR Team as HR Officer. You will be joining a dedicated and successful department who support the Trust in all aspects of Human Resources. Reporting to the Trust HR Manager, the successful candidate will provide robust HR advice and support to all schools within Hampton Academies Trust.
This role will suit an individual who enjoys a diverse and busy workload and who is confident at dealing with people at all levels. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential, along with flexibility, enthusiasm and strong team working skills. You will need to be able to multitask and effectively prioritise often competing deadlines. The successful candidate will be required to travel to all school sites as and when required.
The Trust HR Team are a very busy and valued department who provide support in a number of areas, including but not limited to, recruitment, induction, training, employee relations, absence management, staff wellbeing, policies and safeguarding. You will play a key role within the team, working collaboratively and flexibly to get the job done. Whilst predominantly the role of HR Officer will be to support the Trust HR Manager on a variety of issues, you will also be expected to ‘muck in’ and carry out administrative tasks as and when required.

25 hours per week, Monday to Friday term time only plus 10 days.
The exact working pattern is negotiable.
Grade 9 (£31,099 – £34,723 FTE per annum)
Actual salary: £18,455 – £20,606 based on 25 hours per week, term time only plus 10 days.
