We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, energetic and hardworking Attendance Administrator to work closely with the Attendance Officer to give Admin support in a busy, fast paced environment.
Ideally you will have Admin experience and have strong communication skills, be well organised, an excellent team player and keen to learn and develop.
Support and monitor the recording of parent/carer calls.
Maintain accurate records of students accessing a part-time timetable (PTTT) and/or alternative provision (AP).
Meet with the Attendance Officer to share and discuss key attendance data
