Eynesbury Church of England Primary School is seeking to appoint a dedicated, enthusiastic and motivated EYFS practitioner to start in September 2023. Our motto at Eynesbury is ‘Love to Learn, Learn to Love.
We are seeking to employ a Pre-School manager who is highly motivated, enthusiastic and who has a passion for child development and who:
has experience of leading and managing a successful early year’s team
is passionate about child development and who has a strong vision for engaging staff and
parents to secure a successful future for the pre-school
can demonstrates innovative practice, leadership and management skills
is self-motivated and enthusiastic with good interpersonal skills
has a detailed knowledge of all current legislation relevant to the early years setting
can demonstrate an excellent working knowledge of the revised EYFS framework
demonstrates excellent planning, leadership and management skills
supports the school’s ethos and values
will liaise with parents and carers, informing them of their child’s progress and development
has a sense of both purpose and fun
can enthuse and nurture our children
thinks creatively and imaginatively
has strong ICT and organisational skills.
The role will require you to work as a key person and member of a class team delivering the EYFS, in the classroom and our magical outdoor learning environment. You will be working with children aged between 3 and 4 years old in the first instance. Please see the Job Description and Person Specification for the role.
You MUST hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent for example: NCFE CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Early Years Education and Care (Early Years Educator) equivalent to a NNEB that allows you to work in an Early Years Setting.
