Salary: Scale 4 Points 7-11 £25584.00 – £27269.00 FTE (£20291.00 – £21628.00 pro rata)

Term time only, 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday 8:15am-4:00pm

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, outgoing and organised individual to join our team in a permanent position of Cover Manager and HR assistant.
This varied role requires an individual who is friendly, an effective communicator, with a positive outlook, proactive and able to work efficiently and flexibly.
You will need the ability to prioritise your workload, be organised and work calmly in a busy environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the absent management system on Sims, assigning cover and assist with HR administration within the department.
