Alison Wayman, HR Manager
Alison joined EPM over three years ago. Having started her career in the private sector, Alison moved into the Education sector around 20 years ago when she became the Director of People Services at a large Further Education establishment in the East Midlands.
More recently, Alison worked for the Local Authority supporting schools before making the move to EPM.

Ailsa Calverley, Lead HR Partner
Ailsa is one of our Lead HR Partners, and has worked for over 10 years in the Human Resources sector. Added to this experience, she is a qualified teacher, with many years experience teaching within the primary education sector.
Working at EPM has been an opportunity to combine her two passions – education and HR – and enables her to apply unique levels of empathy to the situations in which she advises. Ailsa also volunteers as a Local Authority Governor at a local School, and in this role has oversight of safeguarding. She is passionate about ensuring children of all ages and backgrounds have access to a safe environment, a high-quality education and plentiful opportunities to succeed.
