He was appointed as CEO of Aspire Learning Trust in October 2016 with responsibility for all the aspects related to the running of the schools, from HR, payroll, staffing, finance, infrastructure and student performance. In 2019 he was appointed as the Chair of the Academy Council at King Edward VII Academy Trust, and he is also a Trustee of another Multi Academy Trust in Norfolk.
