We are seeking applications from caring, patient and aspirational teachers for the role of SEND teacher in our secondary phase.
We wish to appoint a colleague to this post who has:
• outstanding teaching and interpersonal skills.
• the ability to work collaboratively with teaching assistants to ensure student progress is maximised.
• evidence of ambition and a commitment to continuing professional development.
• the experience and skills to create a dynamic and engaging curriculum.
• the desire and ability to maximise the performance of SEND students.
We are a successful, oversubscribed school with a rising roll and in 2020-21 became the first all through school in Cambridgeshire welcoming our first EYFS class on their 4-18 journey.
This is an exciting opportunity to teach and enhance the educational opportunities for students in KS3 who require additional support with their learning, wellbeing and who have SEND.
