Our ideal Associate
You’ll have a background in education with senior skills in one or more of the strategic fields which are key to success for schools and academy trusts – such as HR, finance, leadership, business management, governance or project management. However, we’re also interested in applicants from other sectors who can demonstrate transferable skills in those areas. You’ll also be happy to work as a Freelance Education Consultant.
