Midday Supervisor

We’re looking for an exceptional Midday Supervisor to join our friendly and dedicated team at Longthorpe Primary Academy!

This is a fantastic opportunity for a caring, enthusiastic and committed individual to play an important role in school life and make a real difference to our pupils. You’ll help create a happy, safe and positive lunchtime experience, supporting children to develop their confidence, independence, friendships and social skills along the way.

Permanent | Part-time | Start 2^nd November 2026

·         Grade 3 - NJC Point 3 | Starting annual prorated £3,705.09 (Full time equivalent: £25,615)

·         6.25 hours per week (12:00-13:15) | Monday – Friday

·         Term Time + 1 week equivalent hours, to be worked flexibly for training
