SEN Learning Support Assistant
Contract: Full time
Salary: Grade 3, SP 4-6 (FTE: £26,016 - £26,846)
Start date: asap
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant to work on a 1:1 basis with a pupil with additional needs. Applicants should ideally have experience of supporting children with additional needs, including neurodivergent pupils, and be confident in using adaptive approaches to help children engage successfully in learning and school life.

Bushmead Primary is a modern and well-resourced school which has expanded over the last few years both in the number of children and the facilities we offer. We have fully implemented the Cambridgeshire Therapeutic Thinking (CTT) approach to behavior management ensuring the needs of all children are fully met both academically as well as emotionally.
