Deputy Headteacher

Werrington Primary School are currently recruiting for a Deputy Headteacher to start 1^st January 2027. This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute your ideas and develop the school as part of the Senior Leadership Team,  where you will take the lead on areas such as Safeguarding (acting as the School’s DSL), Behaviour and Attendance. 

About the successful candidate:

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills and a deep knowledge of teaching strategies and pedagogy.  They will be able to support colleagues in progression and planning of the curriculum.   We are seeking a leader who is approachable, a clear communicator who is good at building relationships with staff, children and parents and is committed to evidence-based practice.
