Isleham Church of England Primary School is looking to appoint a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference to children's learning, wellbeing and personal development, working closely with teachers, families and other professionals to help every child thrive.
We are seeking someone who is passionate about supporting children, committed to inclusive practice and able to build positive relationships that inspire confidence, independence and success. The role includes supporting pupils in the classroom, delivering targeted interventions and contributing to the wider life of the school, including lunchtime supervision.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience of working with primary-aged children, ideally in a school setting.
Is enthusiastic, patient and nurturing, with a genuine passion for helping children succeed.
Can support pupils with a range of learning, social, emotional and SEND needs.
Utilises teamwork effectively and communicates positively with children, parents and colleagues.
Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Has high expectations for all pupils and supports our inclusive ethos.
