Preschool L3 Room Leader (Term Time School Setting)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced EYFS Room Leader to join our dynamic Early Years team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional childcare and education, ensuring that children thrive in a stimulating and safe environment. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, and the ability to inspire and support a team of practitioners.

Meldreth Preschool is at the heart of a lovely village community providing excellent early years education for children aged 2-4 years old.

Hours will be between 8:30am and 3:30pm Monday to Friday term time only

We are looking for someone who:
Has a recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification
Has a child centred approach with a good understanding of child development and the EYFS
Is able to think of incredible sensory, small world and creative activities
Can work as a team member
Strong communication and organisational skills
Enthusiastic and caring personality

Salary: Point 5 – 6 (£13.05 – £13.26 p/h)
