Class Teacher Vacancy

Phase: KS1 2.5 days per week on a rolling 3-day, 2-day. 

For: 1 year, temporary contract from January 2027

We are looking for someone who:

ü  Is an excellent classroom practitioner

ü  Good communication skills and ability to build positive relationships

ü  Is creative and enthusiastic

ü  Has high expectations for all children  

ü  Is able to work as part of a successful team

ü  Has experience of teaching mixed- age classes

Wheatfields Primary School and Preschool educates approximately 350 children from Preschool through to Year 6, serving the north of St Ives. At present, we operate a mixed class structure across most of our year groups.
