 1:1 Teaching Assistant Vacancy

The Headteacher and Governors wish to appoint a Teaching Assistant to work one-to-one with children.

L.C.C Pay Scale – TA1 Grade 3 (pt 6-9)

This is a temporary role connected with a pupil in Year 2 with an Education Health Care Plan working full time ie 32.5 hours a week. The contract will be for term time only ie 39 weeks per year. Part-time job share will be considered eg 8.30-12.00pm / 12.00-3.30pm.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, hard working person who can demonstrate the ability to:

  • Work creatively and independently;
  • Work as part of our successful and friendly team;
  • Show initiative and be self-motivated;
  • Work independently with individuals and support the needs of pupils’ Education and Health Care Plans supporting behaviour and learning;
  • Able to meet the requirements of the Level 1 or 2 Teaching Assistant Lincolnshire County Council Job Description.
