TEACHING ASSISTANT
working in Breakfast Club & Pre-School from January 2026

21.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday term time only
(Breakfast Club) 7.45am – 8.30am and (Pre-School) 8.30am until 12pm
Permanent contract – following successful probation period
Starting salary – Level 2 NJC point 4 (£13.05 per hour)
**please note that the salary is paid in 12 equal monthly instalments, known as the equated year**

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant / practitioner to work in our Breakfast Club and Pre-School – first helping our pupils have the best start to their day followed by fun and learning in our self-contained, well resourced, Pre-School. Offering spaces for 36 children, both morning and afternoon the Pre-School is part of the school’s vibrant wider community and regularly extends learning into the main school.
