1:1 Teaching Assistant Vacancy
The Headteacher and Governors wish to appoint a Teaching Assistant to work one-to-one with children.
L.C.C Pay Scale – TA1 Grade 3 (pt 6-9)
This is a temporary role connected with a pupil in Year 5 with an Education Health Care Plan working 25 hours a week. Hours will be from 8.30am – 1.30pm, Monday to Friday. The contract will be for term time only ie 39 weeks per year. The role will also involve working with other children at times, not always specifically the 1:1 child.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, hard working person who can demonstrate the ability to:
- Work creatively and independently;
- Work as part of our successful and friendly team;
- Show initiative and be self-motivated;
- Work independently with individuals and support the needs of pupils’ Education and Health Care Plans supporting behaviour and learning;
- Able to meet the requirements of the Level 1 or 2 Teaching Assistant Lincolnshire County Council Job Description.
