Diocese of Ely Multi-Academy Trust (DEMAT)

is seeking to appoint a

PA to CEO and Senior Leadership Team

Payscale: £33,000 – £36,000 per year

35 hours a week, 52 weeks per year

(Term-Time would be considered)

Location: Hybrid – Central Office in Ely including some remote working

This is an opportunity to join our Trust working alongside and supporting our CEO and Senior Leadership team. You will have proven PA experience and be confident managing demanding and conflicting schedules. You will be highly professional, diplomatic and be able to communicate effectively with people and stakeholders at all levels.

The position includes but is not limited to:

Managing and maintaining the CEO executive schedule
Organising and preparing documents, including disseminating papers and minute-taking.
Organising correspondence and following up on pending matters
Answering and directing correspondence to appropriate executives and parties.
Experience and qualifications required:

Highly developed organisational skills
A meticulous and thorough nature
An ability to work to tight deadlines
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of Google Workspace would be valuable
A high level of confidentiality
