This rewarding role will centre on working within our specialist provision hub, supporting pupils with high needs—particularly in the area of communication. At West Row, teamwork is at the heart of everything we do. You will become part of a warm and collaborative staff team who are committed to ensuring that every child is supported academically, socially, and emotionally. We work closely with families and the wider local community to provide the best possible outcomes for our pupils, and we are proud of the strong relationships we continue to build.

Our school offers a welcoming atmosphere and a culture of mutual support, where staff wellbeing and professional growth are prioritised. You will be joining colleagues who are passionate about their work and who share a clear, ambitious vision for ongoing school development.

As a member of the Unity Schools Partnership, you will also have access to a wealth of opportunities beyond our school. This includes collaboration with experienced colleagues across the Trust, participation in wider school improvement initiatives, and a wide range of professional development to support your career progression.
