• Be reliable and flexible
• Be prepared to work outside in all weathers
• Have experience of working with children
Have positive ideas for lunchtime games and activities
• Be flexible and able to use their initiative
Be calm and patient
Be an excellent role model for the children
Enjoy joining in and supporting the children’s activities
We can offer:
• Full training on the OPAL principles
• A happy school
• A friendly and supportive staff team
