Preschool Practitioner/Teaching Assistant.
Level 2/3
Start date: as soon as possible
20 – 30 hours per week term time only.

Goslings Preschool is part of Coates Primary School providing preschool provision for pupils from 2 – 5 years old. We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated EYFS practitioner to join our dedicated and supportive team to deliver safe, high quality education and care for our young children. The position will include planning, implementing and assessing the EYFS curriculum to meet the needs of the children. Delivering adult led activities, facilitating stimulating child led activities and overseeing child initiated activities. It will also include working collaboratively with parents to support the children’s development.

We are looking for a candidate who
• has experience of working in an Early Years Preschool setting including planning and assessments for key children.
• has NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Early Years and Childcare/teaching assistant qualification or equivalent.
• strives to ensure all pupils reach their full potential.
• is very adaptable to and patient with the changing needs of children
• has high expectations of themselves and of the children they are working with
• is committed to enabling those in their care to develop independence
