Monday to Friday Morning 07:00am – 10:00am (5 x 3 = 15)
Monday and Thursday afternoons 2:00pm – 6:00pm (4 x 4 = 16)
Friday 2.00pm – 5:30pm afternoon (1 x 3.5 = 3.5)
Possible flexibility on working hours for the right candidate
Grade 7: point 12 £14.82 per hour – point 19 £16.62 per hour (£28,598-£32,061 FTE) depending on experience.
Governors are looking to appoint a Site Manager whose primary role will be to ensure the security, safety and upkeep of our school and grounds, performing various caretaking functions and completing/overseeing statutory checks and planned maintenance programmes. This is a varied and practical role requiring a pro-active, skilled, energetic and co-operative individual.
We are looking for a candidate who:
• Can be flexible, self-motivated, organised and able to work with the team
• Has a high regard for cleanliness and hygiene
• Has good DIY skills
• Has knowledge of Health and Safety and Fire Safety
• Is IT literate
• Has experience of line management
• Can be available for lettings
