Contract: Permanent, Part Time, 32.5 hours per week, 38 weeks per year.
Salary: NJC Grade 2, SP 3-4. (FTE: £24,795-£25,185 / Actual: £18,414 – £18,704)
Start Date: As Soon As Possible.
Team West Row are looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate teaching assistant to join our strong and supportive team.
This role will focus on working within our specialist provision hub, supporting pupils with high needs, particularly in the area of communication. You will be part of a nurturing environment where teamwork is key, and where every child is supported to thrive both academically and socially.
We are committed to working closely with families and the local community to ensure the best outcomes for our children.
