If so, we have a rare but exciting opportunity to join our wonderful staff family as a highly valued member of our teaching team within Key Stage 2. Stretham Community Primary School has strong, purposeful, reciprocal links with our children, teachers, parents and our local community. We are situated just off the A10 south of Ely and with easy access to and from Cambridge.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher to join our happy and supportive school family from September 2026. There is no defined class or year group responsibility other than the role being a Key Stage 2 role. We will, however, consider the expertise and preferences of the successful candidate. The post is suitable for teachers on the main pay scale.

The successful applicant will need:

• To be an excellent classroom practitioner with motivation and creativity.
• The ability to work well in a team and form positive relationships with pupils, parents and staff.
• Dedication and high expectations of themselves and the children they teach.
