GRANTA SCHOOL – MIDDAY SUPERVISOR VACANCIES

We are looking to expand our group of midday supervisors, to support our students during their lunchtime, promoting their social and independence skills and ensuring their safety and well-being.
Granta School is a highly successful, popular Community Area Special School, catering for pupils aged 3 to 19 years old. We currently have 185 children on roll and we are extremely proud of our team who continually work towards providing our students with the best possible learning outcomes.
The ideal candidate will be:
A strong team player, pro-active, flexible, calm, positive and friendly
Your role will include:
* Supervising children in the dining hall, supporting with eating and drinking where needed, and helping with the domestic duties included in the daily running of the dining hall
* Supervising children in the playground and supporting them to play
* Personal care where needed
Previous experience is not essential, as the successful candidate will receive full training and support.
Hours: 5 days a week, 3.5hrs per day (11am – 2.30pm / 10.30am – 2.00pm)
Salary: £10,512 per annum (Scale 3, point 6)
