Would you like to be part of a school confirmed as GOOD by Ofsted (April 2023)?

·         Pupils are happy to attend this school. The school’s values include honesty, excellence, ambition, respect and teamwork. The school’s culture is rooted in these values. There are positive relationships between staff and pupils. Staff have high expectations, and pupils live up to these.

·         Staff are proud to work at the school. They feel well supported by leaders in respect of workload, well-being and managing pupils’ behaviour. Staff value the professional development they receive.

We seek to appoint an Attendance Mentor to join an established team who support students with their attendance. Ideally the successful candidate would have experience in an educational setting or attendance field.

You will be part of the wider Pastoral Team and liaise with those leading on behaviour and safeguarding and SEND.

The ideal candidate will be approachable but also firm and consistent and be able to relate to young people in a calm, supportive and positive manner.

The successful candidate will find the school is a purposeful and supportive learning environment, with a strong team of staff who are highly committed to raising student achievement.
