Early Years Foundation Stage Teacher

As our Early Years Foundation Stage Teacher, you will:

• Deliver a broad, balanced, engaging and adapted EYFS curriculum

• Plan and prepare high-quality learning experiences that meet the needs of all pupils

• Assess, monitor and track pupil progress in line with school, Trust and statutory requirements

• Maintain accurate records and use assessment information effectively to inform teaching and learning

• Promote positive behaviour and create a disciplined, nurturing and joyful learning environment

• Contribute to curriculum development and continuous school improvement

• Build positive relationships with parents and carers, providing regular communication regarding pupil progress

• Participate fully in school life, including parents' evenings, open events, educational visits and wider enrichment activities

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support outstanding outcomes for all children

• Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding, welfare and professional conduct
