The Fenland Schools Federation is seeking an excellent teacher to join our dedicated team. This role will be initially based within Key Stage 2 at Townley School & Nursery, where you will have the opportunity to work alongside a supportive staff team committed to helping every child achieve their full potential.

We would love to hear from you if you:

• Hold QTS (or equivalent).

• Have successful experience of teaching within the primary phase.

• Have strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and effective teaching practices.

• Have high expectations for all pupils and are committed to inclusive education.

• Can create engaging learning experiences that inspire children to achieve their very best.

• Understand how children learn and develop and can adapt teaching to meet individual needs.

• Build positive relationships with pupils, families and colleagues.

• Have excellent communication and organisational skills.

• Are committed to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
