Position

As a HR Consultant reporting into the Head of Consultancy you will be responsible for supporting a wide variety of schools with their HR needs. You will be identifying and following up on leads for consultancy based work within schools and delivery of assignments generated by yourself and others

This role would suit highly experienced HR professionals with a strong commercial outlook looking for their next step up or a new and exciting challenge. Experience working within an education or similar environment is highly desirable but not essential.

  • A proven track record in HR delivery in areas such as:-
    • Senior Level Recruitment
    • Managing TUPE processes
    • Reward, salary and pay scales
    • Training
    • Managing disciplinary/grievance processes
  • Excellent Employment Law knowledge
  • Ability to develop our capabilities in supporting schools across any aspect of the employee lifecycle
  • Can quickly establish credibility with clients and colleagues and to influence at all levels
  • Ability to work autonomously and cope with challenging situations
  • Flexibility, drive and orientated to delivery and results
