Introducing our Education Leaders Toolkit:

Developed with a deep understanding of challenges faced by leaders in education, our CPD-accredited training equips you with essential HR and people management skills needed to align with your specific leadership role 

Comprised of 10 interactive modulesyou’ll develop the skills and confidence needed for effective leadership in education alongside a supportive training team who understand the nuances of education-specific HR.

Embed learning gradually over the academic year with relevant training modules, delivered live once a month

Life in education is busy, and every leader has their own unique set of challenges and priorities. That’s why we’ve designed outoolkit to work with you, not against your busy schedule.  

Here’s what you’ll get as part of our cohort:  

  • 6 core modules covering the basics of Education HR  
  • The freedom to select 4 additional modules based on your unique role requirements
  • 1 live trainer-led session each month for each module you’re enrolled into
  • Focused sessions lasting 1-1.5 hours, including time for your questions and a short test to embed your learning
  • A CPD-certified certificate upon toolkit completion to mark your hard work and newly gained skills! 

No overwhelming time commitments, no irrelevant content. Just practical, CPD-certified training that respects your leadership schedule while allowing you to learn skills relevant to your specific challenges.  

How can I join?  

Throughout the academic year, we’ll offer multiple chances to join our Education Leaders CohortsOur next session takes place on 10 July 2025, with further cohorts planned for the summer and autumn term 2025.

  • Supporting individual growth with targeted single-module options (£150 each) for staff
  • Working with our specialist trainers to develop bespoke modules that address your School's specific situations.

Gone are the days of one-size-fits-all training! We're on hand to shape our expertise and craft a meaningful CPD development experience at your School or Trust. But we know that there is a wealth of expertise out there: creative and strategic thought leaders who are finding innovative strategies to deal with the challenges faced by the sector.  

These sessions provide a safe sounding board and an opportunity to discuss topical issues and challenges, share solutions or simply listen in and pick up ideas to take back to your schools and trusts.
