To complement our written, video and in-system Show Me How To Guides, we're running live online group training sessions every 2 weeks to help you get started and feel confident navigating EPM Connect.
We offer two types of live training sessions to support you at every stage of your EPM Connect journey. Whether you’re looking for a quick introduction or a more in-depth walkthrough, there’s a session to suit your needs.
Familiarisation Sessions (60 minutes)
Best for: Getting a high-level overview
Our Familiarisation Sessions provide a concise introduction to EPM Connect, helping you understand what the system does and how it will support your day-to-day processes.
In this session, you will:
- Get a guided walkthrough of key features
- See core modules in action
- Understand how EPM Connect works in practice
- Have the opportunity to ask questions
By the end, you’ll feel confident about what to expect and ready to get started from day one.
Connect Training Sessions (90 minutes)
Best for: Building confidence using the system
Our Connect Training Sessions are more in-depth, practical sessions designed to help you start using EPM Connect with confidence.
Running every two weeks, these live online group sessions complement our written guides, videos, and in-system “Show Me How To” support.
In this session, you will:
- Learn the essentials of navigating EPM Connect
- Understand how to manage key tasks, such as processing starters, leavers and contract changes; absence and time and expense claims
- Gain practical insight into how to use the system effectively
- Ask questions and get answers in real time
By the end, you’ll feel confident navigating the system and applying what you’ve learned in your day-to-day work.
