Payment Terms

Please ensure payment is made at least 48 hours before you are due to attend the training.

If you require a purchase order number on your invoice, please send this to finance@epm.co.uk following receipt of this email. This needs to include the attendee's name and training date.

Cancellation Terms
  • If training is cancelled or rescheduled more than 7 days before you are due to attend the training, you will receive no charge.
  • If training is cancelled or rescheduled less than 7 days before you are due to attend the training, you will be liable for 100% of the charge.
  • If you book training less than 7 days before the training date, you have 24 hours following your time of booking to cancel or reschedule without a charge.
  • Any time after that will be 100% chargeable.

Emma Jackson

Senior HR Consultant

Emma's background in training spans over 15 years with both small and large audiences. She has vast HR and investigation experience in education and is a CIPD-qualified HR Consultant. She is also a qualified safer recruitment trainer and a member of the Safer Recruitment Consortium. Emma has worked in employment and criminal law and is a very experienced investigator in both areas. Emma's HR experience is predominantly in employee relations and has specialised previously in grievances, disciplinaries and attendance management.

Tim Clark

Former Headteacher

Tim is an accomplished educationalist with over 30 years' experience in secondary education. A Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and Freeman of the City of London, he brings extensive expertise in school leadership and transformation. 

Tim holds a BA (Hons) in History from Sheffield University, a PGCE from Nottingham University, and a Master's degree in 19th Century History. He began his career as a history teacher before progressing to headship. As Headmaster/Principal, Tim led two distinct state secondary schools through significant transformation. 

Since 2019, Tim has worked as an educational consultant, supporting school improvement nationally and internationally. His work focuses on leadership development, whole-school transformation, and educational reform. 

Tim believes every child has the potential for greatness through diverse pathways. His approach emphasises holistic development, nurturing both academic skills and character, and champions experiential learning.
