·         Promotes positive attitudes towards learning

·         Can help children develop their independence, confidence and engagement

·         Is able to maintain a positive and cheerful outlook and respond calmly to children's individual needs

An NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification is desirable, although we welcome applications from candidates with a range of relevant experiences and qualifications.
