Your essential customer update on the changes shaping schools and trusts

**Customer-exclusive** Our Education Update brings everything you need into one supportive, easy-to-follow session.

Join us for our upcoming EPM Education Update, where we’ll share an exclusive customer update on the latest developments, key changes, and important reminders that may impact your school or trust.

In this session, we’ll cover a range of recent updates and emerging priorities, including:

  • EPM website updates and improvements to the Customer Hub, highlighting useful resources available to support you.
  • The progress of the Employment Rights Act and how this will affect your setting.
  • Model policy reviews and what these may mean for your school or Trust.
  • Key HR themes and customer priorities, including additional guidance on probation processes and supporting underperforming staff.
  • Developments relating to the Fair Work Agency.
  • A review of the recently published White Paper and what this could mean for the future of your school or Trust.
  • An update on Teaching and Learning Responsibility (TLR) payments ready for September 2026.
  • The latest pay award updates and what to expect next.
  • Important reminders on new statutory rates, including Statutory Sick Pay (SSP).
  • Updates to leave entitlements.

This session is designed to give you a concise overview of the latest changes, highlight what you may need to prepare for, and ensure you’re aware of the key HR updates affecting schools and education settings.

You'll also have the chance to ask our team questions in our live Q&A - because, while technology supports what we do, it's our people who make the difference.

For those needing a deeper dive into legislative change, we’re also running a dedicated Legislative Update on 29 April, including the latest developments on the Employment Rights Act.
