Join our virtual Reorganisation and Redundancy Training where you will learn about the process end-to-end, including employment law requirements, next steps, and any considerations for appeal.

Emma Jackson, HR Consultant

Emma’s background in training spans over 15 years with both small and large audiences. She has vast HR and investigation experience in Education and is a CIPD qualified HR Consultant. She is also a qualified Safer Recruitment trainer and a member of the Safer Recruitment Consortium. Emma has worked in employment and criminal law and is a very experienced investigator in both areas. Emma’s HR experience is predominately in employee relations and has specialised previously in grievances, disciplinaries and attendance management.

Faiza Ali, Senior HR Adviser

Faiza is an HR Partner and has been with EPM  for four years. She holds a 1st Class honours degree in Business and Human Resource Management and works with supporting the internal team on all aspects of HR, specifically employee relations. HR experience on casework ranges from managing capability, sickness absence management settlement agreements, probations, disciplinaries, TUPEs, grievances, restructures and redundancies.  She also provides training to the internal team to ensure knowledge of best practices is filtered to all our customers. Her experience and knowledge of the education sector and HR have made her a core member of the advisory team at EPM.
